Bancontact Pay
When installing the Bancontact Pay app, you will be asked to add a bank account and a bank card. Both options are available at Keytrade Bank.
How to add a Keytrade Bank card to the Bancontact Pay app?

Or follow this procedure:
- Select “Payment methods” in the Bancontact Pay app
- Click on “add a card”
- Select Keytrade Bank
- Fill in your card details and you will need to sign with one of these two methods:

Push 3 on the Hardkey | Sign 'the payment' |
Enter the pin code of your Hardkey and push OK | Enter the pin code of your Keytrade Bank app |
0,00 is showing on the Hardkey's screen | 'Your transaction has been confirmed' will appear on your screen |
Enter yourself 0,00 as amount on the Hardkey (don't worry about the comma) and push OK | |
Enter the reference code on the Hardkey and push OK | |
A response code will appear on the Hardkey. Enter it in the response code box of the Bancontact Pay app | |

How to add your Keytrade Bank account to the Bancontact Pay app?
- Select “Payment methods” in the Bancontact Pay app
- Click on “Link a bank account” (If another bank account is already being linked, it will need to be removed before you can link your Keytrade Bank account)
- Select Keytrade Bank and enter your login
- Sign with your Hardkey or your smartphone (Softkey)
- Select your current account
Which type of accounts cannot be linked with Bancontact Pay?
Professional accounts and accounts of minors cannot be linked to the Bancontact Pay app.
Can I link accounts and cards from different banks in the Bancontact Pay app?
You can link the Bancontact Pay app to a single bank account. However, you can link a number of Bancontact cards from Keytrade Bank and/or another bank.
