DevOps engineer

Introduction

Keytrade Bank is a young and dynamic bank where IT systems were traditionally developed in-house. Today, we are evolving towards a model focused on customer experience and innovation, combining in-house solutions with off-the-shelf products and services for core functionalities.

Where responsibilities used to be organized by technical skills, we now structure them by business domain, calledFeature Teams.

Building new products requires close collaboration across back-end, front-end, database, infrastructure, vendors, and service providers.

We are currently refactoring our core systems into microservices deployed on AWS, followingDomain-Driven Designprinciples. As part of this transformation, Keytrade is looking for a DevOps Engineer experienced in building modern CI/CD pipelines using Jira, GitLab, and Docker.

Your mission will have two dimensions:

• Supporting feature teams in delivering products through DevOps tooling.
• Helping shape the future of DevOps at Keytrade Bank as part of the DevOps chapter alongside the Chapter Lead.

Role

• Design and implement automated tooling to support Agile software development projects.
• Build and maintain continuous integration, deployment, and release pipelines.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and approval processes with technical insights.
• Help define IT architecture and design new solutions.
• Support the full DevOps pipeline, from lifecycle management to operational excellence.
• Promote a DevOps culture within Feature Teams and across the organization.
• Collaborate within the DevOps Chapter to enable innovation and knowledge sharing across teams.
