Context
Today at Keytrade Bank we are finalizing the implementation of a third party core banking system. The system and its provider will play a central role in the operations and in the future evolutions of Keytrade Bank’s IT platform. In order to manage this service on the long term, we are looking for a Core Banking Service Manager to reinforce our IT organization.
Responsibilities
The Core Banking Service Manager acts as the coordinator between the third party core banking provider and the KTB teams for all issues related to the Core Banking System, covering for both the RUN THE BANK and the CHANGE THE BANK aspects of the relationship.
Towards the internal, the Service Manager will take the position of the Core Banking Chapter Lead within the IT organization of Keytrade Bank. This chapter will gather together the internal core banking experts (business analysts, developers, testers,…), and the Core Banking Service Manager will lead this community with the objective of exchanging on issues and evolutions, sharing information and knowledge, and developing best practices related to the core banking.
Towards the external, the Service Manager will manage all aspects of the relationship with the core banking provider. More specifically, the Core Banking Service Manager will act upon and perform the follow up on incidents, change requests, contracts, SLAs, DORA requirements,… and will be responsible for reporting them to the governance bodies addressing these issues.
