What is a Softkey and how to activate it?
The SoftKey is an authentication method at Keytrade Bank. It enables you to log in on our bank’s platform and execute transactions in an easy and secure way. The SoftKey is embedded in the Keytrade Bank app. This means that you will need to download our app before you are able to activate it.

- How to activate your Softkey?
- The activation of a SoftKey requires your username (KEYT…) and either an activation QR code or itsme®.
- Open the Keytrade Bank app.
- Click on ‘Log in (or on the person’s icon and then on the + if you already have a profile)
- Follow the steps.
- In the last step you will be given the choice between either scanning an activation QR code or using itsme
