What are the taxation rules for Keyplan?

There is no additional taxation applicable to the KEYPLAN. The KEYPLAN is not a deductible fiscal savings plan. Please consult the FAQ of our funds to know more about the fiscality of funds. For the underlying funds of the KEYPLAN, the normal fiscal rules concerning stock exchange tax, capital gains tax and withholding tax are applicable.

  • Withholding tax on dividends of distribution shares: 30%
  • Stock exchange tax at redemption of accumulation shares of a SICAV/BEVEK: 1,32%, max. 4000EUR
  • Capital gains tax at redemption of accumulation shares of funds that contain more than 10% fixed income products: 30% on the surplus value of the fixed income part
