How do i obtain a RIB document?

A RIB or Relevé d’Identité Bancaire is a document containing your bank account details (bank name, account number, holder(s), bank identification code).

You can request this RIB by contacting our Contact Center at 02 679 90 00. The easiest is to log in on our app and go to the Contact page and tap “Call our contact center”. That way they can immediately and easily identify you.
