Did you forget your username? And you need to request a new Softkey or Hardkey?

Tip: don't forget you can create a new extra Softkey yourself via Preferences > Security > Authentication > Request a new Softkey. Still your username, but no longer any Softkey anymore? If you have itsme®, you can activate a new Softkey. Just click on "No more access" when logging in and keep your itsme® close.
