Forgot your username? Or lost your access method?

Do you have your username and need to create a new Softkey?

If you know your username (KEYT******), but you do not have a Softkey anymore? By using itsme®, you can easily activate a new Softkey. Just click on "No more access? ->" when logging in and keep your itsme® ready.

Tip: don't forget, once you have access, you can create an additional Softkey yourself via "Preferences > Authentication methodes > Add a Softkey".

If you do not have itsme®, you can request an additional Hardkey/Softkey by filling and sending us the form hereunder.
