How do I stop the service and what are the exit fees?

To stop KEYPRIVATE you have to submit a written request via the PDF document 'Clôture de compte'. You have to send this document to Keytrade Bank. There are no exit fees for KEYPRIVATE. If you want to stop the service, we start the closure procedure directly. This means that we sell all the assets of your KEYPRIVATE account. During this period, you will only be able to access the account: you will no longer be able to change the portfolio settings, e.g. the duration or the monthly investment. Once the assets are sold, the monthly fee is applied pro rata. Once the commission is deducted, the remaining balance of the KEYPRIVATE account will be transferred to your securities account.
