You can close your Keyprivate portfolio at any time by sending a written request using the PDF form "Account Closure" to keyprivate@keytradebank.com.

No, there are no exit fees to close a Keyprivate portfolio.

How does the closure process work?

Upon receipt of your request, Keytrade Bank initiates the closure procedure for Keyprivate. This involves selling all held assets.

During this period, the portfolio remains accessible for viewing only. It is no longer possible to modify parameters or perform new transactions.

After the sale of assets, a T+2 value date applies before funds are transferred to your current account. Once this period elapses, the funds become available on your current account and the portfolio is permanently closed.

The closure procedure takes an average of one week.
