- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
- Restart the login process
- Close and reopen the Itsme app
- Return to our website and click the Itsme button again
- Check for notifications
- Look for an itsme notification on your phone
- Make sure notifications are enabled for the itsme app
- Ensure you use the correct Itsme account
- Check if the inserted username corresponds to the used Itsme account
