Ethias manages your contract(s). Keytrade Bank acts solely as an independent intermediary. We are not involved in contract management, claims handling, or the collection of premiums.

What should you do in case of a claim?

For any questions regarding coverage, premiums, or claims, please contact Ethias customer service directly.

Where can you view your insurance policies?

As soon as you take out an insurance policy with Ethias via our link, it will also appear on our platform (both in the app and on the transaction site). You will find the contract type, policy number, start date, premium, and contract status there.

How can you modify or cancel an Ethias insurance contract?

As with all other management actions, you can do this directly through Ethias.

Does Keytrade Bank share personal data with Ethias?

Who do you pay your insurance premium to?

Ethias is responsible for invoicing and collecting your insurance premium(s).
