Downloading and setting up the app

Where can I download the application on my smartphone ? 

You can download the Keytrade Bank app free of charge from your smartphone or tablet via the App Store or Google Play. Please note:

• The app requires iOS 9 or higher operating system.
• For the Android version, there is a mandatory update that requires the Android 4.4 operating system or higher.

How do I configure the application? 

Download the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. To use the Keytrade Bank app, you must first create a profile. Choose a name for your profile and personalize it with a photo. Then enter your username / login. Select your usual authentication method (Keytrade ID, HardKey or SoftKey). For Keytrade ID or HardKey, all you have to do is log-in the same way as on the website by following the instructions. For the SoftKey, you will be asked to create a 6-digit PIN and scan a QR activation code.

How can I update the app?

Install the latest version of the app using one of the following methods:

• via the app itself
• via the App Store or Google Play Store

Please note: if you update the app via the app itself, make sure to fully close and restart it. Otherwise, the update may not be applied correctly.

What is the minimum configuration required for my PC?

Keytrade Bank only supports recent browsers enabling JavaScript and operation systems actively managed by software suppliers. We cannot guarantee a correct functioning, nor an optimal security when you use outdated or not maintained software versions.

If you use a version of Internet Explorer that is not the latest version, it's possible that you will have some problems. In that case, we advise you to install a more recent browser on your computer.
