How much cash can I withdraw with my VISA card?

The amounts you can withdraw with a VISA card are limited to 620^EUR per 4-day period, for the VISA Classic, the VISA Gold and the VISA Platinum.

How to change the credit limit of your credit card within the predefined card limits?

Changing your limit is to be done on the app or transaction site.

• App:
  • Tap on your credit card on the home screen
  • Go to the settings icon
  • Select "Change your limit"
  • Enter the new limit (a threshold is being indicated)
  • Sign
• Transaction site:
  • Go to our banking environment
  • Click on "Cards" in the menu
  • Open your credit card settings
  • Enter the new limit (a threshold is being indicated)
  • Sign

The new limit will be effective immediately. You can always change it back to the original amount.

How to get an increase of the credit limit of your credit card outside the predefined card limits?

If you want to have a credit limit that exceeds the predefined limit of your credit card, you will need to submit a credit increase request by sending an e-mail to credit@keytradebank.com.

This e-mail should contain:

• The last four digits of your card number
• First and last name
• A copy of both sides of your identity card
• The credit limit desired
• The period of the increase: temporary or permanent
• A copy of your last 3 salary slips or of your tax declaration

Upon receipt, our credit department will start to analyse your request and will later on get back to you on this.
