Keytrade Bank is fast on its way to become a major financial player in Belgium. Our number of clients has doubled in 5 years and each year we recruit +15% staff.
As an online bank, our customer support agents play a key role. They handle the direct contact with our clients and are the ambassadors of the quality of our service.
This vacancy offers you a very broad and first hand introduction into the dynamic world of online banking.
- You answer the customers questions by phone, e-mail, social media and chat
- You support the client with any kind of issue by reacting in a fast and precise way
- You think about solutions for the problems the customer is facing and try to resolve the problem upon the first contact
- You are bilingual FR/NL (English is considered a +) and pay attention to correct spelling and grammar
- You have an affinity with the banking sector and/or the digital world
- You are a team player that can work autonomously
- You can adapt to a flexible work planning
- You have at least a high school degree or equivalent through experience
