CDD Junior Tester

Keytrade Bank is looking for a Tester with a CDD contract who will contribute to :

· improve the quality of our products

· provide secure and easy connection methods to web and app environments

· Deliver state-of-the-art digital channels through which our clients can get quick and easy access to our products and services.

Purpose:

The Tester participates in the development of new projects or in the follow-up of existing projects, in collaboration with the BA and PO.

The Tester gives analyses the requirements and creates all the possible scenarios, then executes the tests communicating the findings and providing a high quality result that will be translated in a better communication to the customer through the public web and the mobile app.

Your missions:

Understanding of the requirements (US)

Write/design detailed test cases and scenarios, execute them, open defects and communicate with BA and DEV in order to get a clear solution to them as per the acceptance criteria

Cooperate with I.T. developers, Operations teams, UX/UI team and with other stakeholders.

· Stay in touch with prospect and customer needs 

· Follow up on I.T. development.

Perform tests and validate test cases

Report and document bugs

Have a view on the backlog & prioritization

Contribute in the scrum process and daily / weekly meetings

Work with the testers of the other teams to continuously improve the way of working

Fluent in English and in French or Dutch

Experience: 

· This is a junior position, no experience is required. However

· Experience in functional testing is a plus

· Experience in cooperation with different stakeholders is a plus

· Experience with digital projects related to payments, cards, taxation or transfers is a plus

· Experience working with Agile / scrum environment is a plus

· Experience in the banking sector is a plus

· Working in an IT related environment is a plus
