Your mission:
- You answer the customers questions by phone, e-mail, social media and chat.
- You support the client with any kind of issue by reacting in a fast and precise way.
- You think about solutions for the problems the customer is facing and try to resolve the problem upon the first contact.
Your profile:
- You are perfect bilingual FR/NL. (with a good knowledge of English)
- You have at least three year’s of experience in banking or insurance industry.
- You are meticulous and attention to correct spelling and grammar.
- You have an affinity with the banking sector and/or the digital world.
- You are a team player that can work autonomously.
- You can adapt to a flexible work planning.
- You have at least a high school degree or equivalent through experience.
