Registration and reception of the requests of issue/redemption/change of sub-fund
Each subscription/redemption request of shares/units of the fund can be introduced and registered through our Transaction Site. On each working day, Keytrade Bank centralizes all these requests placed from 11h30 (Belgian time) of the previous day (D-1) or the previous working day until 11h30 of D-day and sends them immediately to its correspondent who on his turn sends them for execution at 13h. The order introduced and registered before 11h30 via our Transaction Site will be executed at the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the same day (D), of the following day (D+1), the next following day (D+2) or weekly (until D+7), depending on the conditions for the subscription and the redemption of shares/ units (especially the cut-off time) mentioned in the prospectus.
If the order is placed and registered after 11h30, the order will be sent for execution the following working day.
Requests for changes of sub-fund are not possible at Keytrade Bank.

Investment policy
Objective To provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in companies in the Asia Pacific Basin (excluding Japan). Investment Process Investment Approach Q Uses fundamental and systematic research inputs to identify stocks with specific style characteristics, such as value and momentum in price and earnings trends. Q Uses a high conviction approach to finding the best investment ideas. Share Class Benchmark MSCI All Country Asia Pacific ex Japan Index (Total Return Net) Benchmark uses and resemblance Q Performance comparison. The Sub-Fund is actively managed. Though the majority of its holdings (excluding derivatives) are likely to be components of the benchmark, the Investment Manager has broad discretion to deviate from its securities, weightings and risk characteristics. The degree to which the Sub-Fund may resemble the composition and risk characteristics of the benchmark will vary over time and its performance may be meaningfully different. Main investment exposure At least 67% of assets invested in equities of companies that are domiciled, or carrying out the main part of their economic activity, in an Asia Pacific Basin country (excluding Japan), including emerging markets. The Sub-Fund may invest in small capitalisation companies and have significant positions in specific sectors or markets from time to time. The Sub-Fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in China A-Shares through the China-Hong Kong Stock Connect Programmes. The Sub-Fund may invest in securities that rely on VIE structures to gain indirect exposure to underlying Chinese companies. At least 51% of assets are invested in companies with positive environmental and/or social characteristics that follow good governance practices as measured through the Investment Manager's proprietary ESG scoring methodology and/or third party data. The Sub-Fund invests at least 10% of assets excluding Ancillary Liquid Assets, Deposits with Credit Institutions, money market instruments, money market funds and derivatives for EPM, in Sustainable Investments, as defined under SFDR, contributing to environmental or social objectives. The Investment Manager evaluates and applies values and norms based screening to implement exclusions. To support this screening, it relies on third party provider(s) who identify an issuer?s participation in or the revenue which they derive from activities that are inconsistent with the values and norms based screens. The list of screens applied that may result in exclusions can be found on the Management Company?s Website ( www.jpmorganassetmanagement. lu ). The Sub-Fund systematically includes ESG analysis in its investment decisions on at least 90% of securities purchased. Other investment exposure Up to 20% of net assets in Ancillary Liquid Assets and up to 20% of assets in Deposits with Credit Institutions, money market instruments and money market funds for managing cash subscriptions and redemptions as well as current and exceptional payments. Up to 100% of net assets in Ancillary Liquid Assets for defensive purposes on a temporary basis, if justified by exceptionally unfavourable market conditions.
