At Keytrade Bank, we have carefully followed every advice and measure issued by the government since the outbreak of COVID-19 in order to avoid spreading this virus. We find it extremely important to limit the contamination risks for you - our clients - and our colleagues.


We have installed homeworking for as many colleagues as possible. A limited number still works on our premises out of organisational reasons. This in the best possible circumstances of course. Add to these the colleagues who need to stay at home to look after their children and you immediately understand that our staffing is completely different than usual. As a consequence it might be that the treatment of questions are taking a bit longer.

Update of 09 December 2020: Corona related KEYHOME questions

In March 2020, the financial sector announced a number of measures to help households cope with the coronavirus crisis. People could ask for a payment delay of 6 months, afterwards even prolonged to 9 months (with 31 December 2020 as ultimate date). Our sector has decided to continue to maximally support households in 2021.

In December 2020 the government and Febelfin have worked out a second charter (in Dutch and French). This second charter explains the conditions in which a bank might grant you to postpone the repayment of your mortgage loan.
