The technical environment related to this function spans Windows desktop, Mac OS X, Windows Server, GNU/Linux, Data Center, M365, Cisco Jabber.

Details of the position:

  • Providing daily IT support to all employees for any “desktop/laptop” technical issue;
  • Providing regular consolidated feedback for issues coming from the field to backend Infrastructure engineers;
  • Providing basic support for business applications users;
  • Providing basic datacenter support for Infrastructure employees;
  • Management of the printers (contract, replacement, maintenance).

Technical Skills

  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment 
  • Install and configure hardware and software components 
  • Repair or replace damaged hardware
  • macOS X Good knowledge
  • Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • Microsoft Active Directory & Group Policies Object
  • SSL/TLS certificate knowledge
  • Microsoft Windows registry knowledge
  • Endpoints security & basic firewall knowledge
  • Knowledge of OSI Model
  • ESXi knowledge is a plus 
  • Basic Linux knowledge

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills; (written and oral communication skills) ;
  • Being able to translate advanced technology wording in simple terms;
  • Like to keep up to date with the latest technology;
  • Bilingual (French/English, Dutch/English, Dutch/French);
  • Advanced investigation & problem solving skills with strong analytical skills;
  • Patience and empathy, stress resistance, availability & flexibility;
  • Not reluctant to crawl on the ground for installing machines or looking for faulty cables;
  • Have a clean certificate of good behavior;


  • CESS IT technical computer or similar experience;
  • Having worked in a technical contact center is a plus;
