Keytrade Bank is part of the Arkéa Group, a well-established French Bank headquartered in Brest.
The newly created Marketing team, called “Voice of Customer & Delivery” is at the center of all strategic marketing-related activities and covers two dimensions :
1) Voice of Customer : Support the diffusion of a customer-centric culture within the organization through market research, customer feedbacks, competitive intelligence, understanding of the product & client life-cycle, sub-segmentation...
2) Delivery : Accompany the Product Factory and its Product Owners through Agile and iterative delivery on product development, cross-sell & upsell opportunities, innovation watch...
A third dimension called “Operational Excellence” will now enter the scope, allowing the organization to be fitter over the longer run by aligning marketing (led by the CMO) & operations (led by the COO) initiatives, and also by improving the internal processes that have a clear impact on our clients, like the contact center for example.
The team will be composed of 3 marketers, two of them being already at Keytrade Bank with a proven track record in the fields of marketing and product management. The third one is up for grabs.
The Marketing & Operations Officer will be responsible for part of the aforementioned activities and will work closely with its counterparts and different stakeholders (Product Owners, Communication team, data, UX, middle-office teams, contact center teams, back-office teams, legal & compliance and the top management). A high degree of autonomy is guaranteed in the development and execution of the total assignment.
We expect the team to be a strong vector in supporting Keytrade Bank’s growth through a customer-led approach.
The Marketing & Operations Officer reports to the Head of Customer Experience.
We are looking for a marketing-oriented profile with either a relevant experience (3 to 5 years) or a strong appetite in the following domains:
- Market research
- Customer journeys
- Customer data & insights
- Up-sell, cross-sell, loyalty & anti-churn strategies
- Transversal project management
- Process improvement
We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, with a positive attitude and an intra-preunership mindset, able to inspire and align colleagues, who is also driven by improving an organization for a better overall customer experience.
A digital marketing background, an interest in the banking sector and experience in Agile methodology are considered a plus. Preferably operationally trilingual, but a passive comprehension of Dutch or French and an active comprehension of English and Dutch or French are a must.
