As HR Officer, you will be part of the Compensation & Benefits team which is part of the HR department. This departments consists of 4 domains: Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Internal Communication
You’ll be responsible for:
- The entire payroll process for 250 employees in total;
- Managing the process of salary increases & variable remuneration;
- Managing salary proposals and contracts for new employees;
- Providing support to our employees in all kind of hard HR related topics such as :
- payroll, onboarding, out-boarding, absence management;
- Ensuring compliance with labor/social regulations and internal procedures;
- Managing reports regarding headcount, salary, budget, absence or turnover reports as required by our different stakeholders;
- Creating and keeping personal files updated;
- Creating & updating HR procedures such as payroll, onboarding, out-boarding, absence management;
- Ensuring compliance with labor/social regulations and internal procedures;
- As part of our agile way of working, taking part in a variety of HR projects like digitalization, process automation, green mobility, CSR, …
Education and experience:
- Master's degree or equivalent by experience
- At least 5 experience in payroll is required
Competences (soft and hard skills):
- An analytical mindset, rigorous and comfortable with numbers
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, essentially Excel;
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. LevelFive, Mpleo) is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration and people skills
- Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of French (written and oral)
