Job description

As Partnership & Event manager within Keytrade Bank you will be responsible for defining and creating multiple forms of client activations : online & onsite.
The function includes suggesting & organizing events (incl. webinars) to showcase Keytrade Bank’s products and services, develop our sponsoring strategy, manage suppliers and projects.
The context is trilingual French, Dutch and English.
Versatility, eagerness and relentless curiosity are a prerequisite to fit in our organization. 

Your role

You will:

  • Build the annual events strategy & orchestrate the organization
  • Research and build content for the events
  • Organize Video shooting
  • Edit Video
  • Generate leads for our commercial teams 
  • Lead projects from A to Z
  • Activate our main sponsoring partnerships (Padel federations & Padel national team, River Cleanup)
  • Work closely with the campaign managers, content managers and automation manager within the Communication team, alongside the sales team and the Chief Economist

Your skills and qualifications:

The successful Partnership & Event Manager needs to have a unique set of skills and qualifications in order to handle the job effectively, including:

  • Basic knowledge of technical aspects to organize virtual events 
  • Understanding of multimedia tools
  • Good verbal and writing communication skills in Dutch, French and English
  • A creative mindset
  • Project management skills
  • An interest in both banking & investment products
  • Ability to swiftly solve problems 
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Team spirit

Education and experience

The candidate we are looking for has:

  • Experience in a similar or related function
  • Knowledge of the financial sector
