Purchase Insurance
If your purchase has not been delivered or is not as advertised, with VISA Gold it is covered up to 90 days after payment (up to 2000EUR per claim per year).
Safe Online
You don't need to worry if your purchase has been damaged or stolen. Online purchases paid for with your VISA Gold card are covered up to 1000EUR per claim per year.
Warranty extension
If you purchase an electronic or household appliance (TV, freezer, dishwasher, etc.) with a value of between 150EUR and 5000EUR with your VISA Gold card, the legal warranty is extended by two years. (This warranty entitles you to a remote diagnosis, repair and even replacement of your appliance if it cannot be repaired within the extended period.)
Cash theft after withdrawal
Your cash is insured against theft (up to 1000EUR ) if it is stolen within four hours after you withdraw it from an ATM with your VISA Gold.
